Overview

DNSDeck is sold through the Apple App Store as a one-time purchase. Apple processes the transaction and has final control over App Store refunds.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. When a Refund May Be Appropriate

  • A critical bug or persistent crash prevents normal use on a supported device.
  • The app was purchased but not properly delivered or unlocked.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
  • The app materially differs from what was advertised at the time of purchase.
  • There was an unauthorized or accidental purchase, subject to review.

2. When a Refund Is Usually Not Available

  • A change of mind after the app works as described.
  • Problems caused by unsupported devices, operating system issues, or user configuration errors.
  • Provider-specific outages or provider limitations outside the app.
  • Requests made outside applicable App Store or consumer-protection windows without exceptional circumstances.

3. How to Request a Refund

3.1 Apple App Store route

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Find the DNSDeck purchase and choose the refund option.
  3. Select the reason for the request and submit supporting details.

Apple reviews refund requests case by case and may take 7-14 business days or longer to complete processing after approval.

3.2 Contacting us for help

If you are encountering a technical issue, contact support@avgeek.io first. We may be able to resolve the issue quickly or provide supporting context for your App Store request.

4. Timing and Support Expectations

  • We aim to review direct support requests within 3-5 business days.
  • Earlier requests are generally easier to assess than late requests.
  • Any refund approved by Apple is returned to the original payment method, subject to bank processing times.
